Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the ChatSan Affiliate Program. By signing up for the ChatSan Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Program.

Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must sign up through the affiliate program. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your affiliate methods are unsuitable for the Program.

Affiliate Obligations

As a member of the ChatSan Affiliate Program, you agree that:

  • You will use the Program in a lawful manner.
  • You will not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
  • You will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited commercial emails (spam).
  • You will not use ChatSan's trademarks without prior written permission, except as provided in branding guidelines.
  • You will not promote ChatSan products through Google Ads or any other paid search engine advertising.

Approved Promotional Methods

  • Website or blog content.
  • Social media platforms.
  • Email marketing in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Webinars and online events.
  • Content marketing, such as articles and tutorials.

Prohibited Activities

  • Branded keyword advertising using ChatSan trademarks (including variants and misspellings) in paid search.
  • Misleading or false representations of ChatSan products.
  • Impersonating ChatSan co-founders or any other influencers without permission.
  • Offering third-party incentives (rebates, coupons, discounts) to induce sales.
  • Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or other deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized methods to redirect traffic to ChatSan.

Commission and Payment

Commission Rates:

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is specified on the ChatSan affiliate program page.

Payment Schedule:

Commissions are paid monthly, on a NET 15 basis.

Minimum Payout:

Affiliates must reach the minimum commission balance required on the affiliate dashboard before payment is issued. If the minimum is not met, earnings carry over to the next month.

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your Program application and continues until terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

Relationship of Parties

You and ChatSan are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.

Limitation of Liability

ChatSan will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

Disclaimers

ChatSan makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program. ChatSan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation and is not liable for interruption consequences.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion, including payment procedures and Program rules.
