The Analytics page shows how your chat operation is performing across every creator, so you can see what's working and where leads stall. For per-lead detail, open the conversation table or check a lead's score.

🎥 Walkthrough: Loom overview

What it tracks

  1. Conversation status - how many conversations sit in each state for the selected range: New, Qualified, In Progress, and Inactive.
  2. Conversion rate - the qualified share of all conversations in the range, shown as a percentage.
  3. Conversations over time - a chart that plots the count of conversations in one status across the range, so you can see where activity rose or fell.

Good to know: Filter by creator and time range to compare performance and spot a creator whose setup needs work.

How to read it

The page has two filters at the top and a row of cards, then a chart underneath. Set the filters first, then read the cards and chart against that scope.

Use the two filters to scope everything below them:

  • Creator - defaults to Creator: All. Pick one creator to see only their numbers.
  • Date range - defaults to Last 30 days. The options are Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, Last 7 days, Last 15 days, Last 30 days, and All time.

The Conversations Status row has five cards. The first four count conversations by their state in the selected range, and each shows a percentage change against the previous period of the same length. The fifth is the conversion rate.

CardWhat it counts
NewAll conversations started in the range.
QualifiedConversations that reached the end (a confirmed sale, or the conversation reaching its natural end).
In ProgressConversations still being handled by the AI, with a reply in the last 24 hours, not yet qualified and not handed to your team.
InactiveConversations with no AI reply in the last 24 hours, or handed to your team, or no longer running.
Conversion rateQualified conversations divided by all conversations in the range, as a percentage.

The chart below plots the Number of conversations for one status over time, for the selected creator and range. Use the New / Qualified / In Progress / Inactive toggle on the chart to switch which status the line shows. Most ranges plot by day; Today and Yesterday plot by hour, and All time plots by week.

Good to know: A conversation moves to Inactive once the AI hasn't replied in 24 hours, or once your team takes it over in conversation handoff. A high Inactive count next to a low Conversion rate usually means leads are stalling before they qualify.
