The Conversation Table lists every chat with the data you need to prioritize. It shows one row per lead, and you can sort and filter it however you like.

What each row shows
- Phase - where the conversation is, set automatically as it develops: Discovery, Relationship, Transition, or Qualified.
- Score - a lead score from 0.0 to 5.0 that rates the lead's potential value, so you can prioritize high-value leads.
- Lead dossier - the fan's details: handle, age, and location (which also powers Proximity Location).
- Hybrid handoff - see which leads the AI is handling, and use the Assign button to hand a high-value lead to a human closer.
Tip: Filter by Phase and Score to surface the leads worth a human's time right now.
