Free Media

The Media tab holds two images ChatSan can send for free: the soft picture and the hot picture. Each is a step in the funnel, and each can be sent once per conversation.

Soft picture

Sent on request early in the chat. It should feel casual and personal, as if she took it in the moment: at home, natural posture, relaxed expression, nothing staged.

• Use a photo that feels personal, not a public promo shot.
• Avoid anything too explicit at this stage; the goal is trust and curiosity.
• Make sure it can be sent at any time of day - avoid strong daylight if it might be used in a night conversation.

Hot picture

Used later, once the chat has warmed up. It should be suggestive without giving away the value of the paid offer. A bikini, lingerie, or mirror photo usually works better than a fully explicit image, because it leaves something for the paid offer.

• Keep it visually consistent with her identity and appearance.
• Use indoor lighting that doesn't reveal an obvious time of day.
• The slot accepts images only (JPEG, PNG, WebP), no videos, voice notes, or other files.

When the bot sends them

The bot sends the soft picture earlier in the chat and the hot picture once the conversation has warmed up. It sends each one when the fan asks or when the moment fits, and only once per conversation, so a second request gets a text reply rather than the same image again.

Why a picture doesn't send

If the fan didn't get a picture you expected, it's almost always one of these:

• The slot is empty. With no soft or hot picture uploaded, the bot replies in text instead.
• It already sent. Each picture sends once per conversation.
• It's too early. The hot picture is held for later, so an early request gets a text reply or the soft picture instead.
• The bot judged the moment. Even when a picture is available, it sends only when the fan asks or the moment fits.

Upload your photos

Each slot takes one image. Click the slot to open the file picker, pick the file, and the image is checked before it's saved.

1. Click the Soft picture or Hot picture slot to open the file picker.
2. Pick a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file.
3. Wait for the Checking image step to finish; keep the page open while it runs.
4. To swap an image, click the slot again. To clear it, click the X in the corner.
