The Creator Identity tab holds the facts ChatSan reuses in every conversation: name, age, occupation, city, and appearance. Keep them consistent so the creator stays believable; vague or contradictory fields make her replies conflict. It's the first tab of the full creator setup.
Keep every field consistent
Every field should describe the same person: name, age, city, job, body, photos, humor, backstory, the offer, and the automation.
- Write the strategic persona fields in English, even when the creator chats in French. The AI follows English instructions more reliably.
- Keep the facts simple and fixed. The bot should never have two versions of the creator to choose from.
- Match the persona to the media. If the profile says brown hair and a calm personality, the photos should match.
- Plan for your team. Don't enable languages or activation hours your chatters can't cover when they take a lead over.
Core identity: name, age, occupation, city
- Name - use the first name only (Sophie, not Sophie Mercier); it sounds more natural in conversation.
- Age - match it to her appearance and story so it doesn't contradict the photos.
- Occupation - keep it short and believable, around seven words.
- City - set a fixed city only if she's tied to one. Otherwise use Proximity Location.

Good to know: Write persona fields as full sentences, not keywords; the AI reads them better. The profile picture is optional and only your team sees it; it's never shown to leads.
Appearance
The AI reuses appearance details in conversation, so keep them accurate rather than flattering.
- List distinctive features: tattoos, freckles, piercings, scars.
- Don't fill the Physical description with generic compliments; accuracy matters more.
- Make sure the media matches these fields.
