You earn 100 free conversations each time someone you invite pays for their first plan. They're added to your account's conversation balance, so they go straight toward your usage.
Where to find it
The Earn free conversations button sits in the left sidebar, under the usage bar. Only the account owner sees it.
- Open the app.
- Look in the left sidebar, below the Usage bar.
- Click Earn free conversations (the gift icon).
The invite panel opens.
Note: Only the account owner has the button and the invite link. If you're a teammate, ask the owner to share the link. See team roles and permissions.
How you earn credits
You earn when a person you invited signs up with your link and then pays for their first plan within 30 days of signing up.
- Share your invite link. Copy the link from the panel and send it.
- They sign up. Their signup is registered under your account.
- They pay for a plan. On their first purchase, you get 100 free conversations.
The 100 conversations are added to your balance once, per person who pays.
Good to know: A free signup alone doesn't pay out. The person you invited has to pay for a plan, within 30 days of signing up.
Copy and share your invite link
Your invite link is created the first time you open the panel and stays the same after that.
- Open the Earn free conversations panel.
- Wait for the link to load (format:
chatsan.com/invite/<your-code>). - Click Copy link.
- Send the link to the person you want to invite.
Example: https://chatsan.com/invite/JG6XC3H
When someone opens your link, they land on the signup page with your code already attached, so their account is tied to yours automatically.
Track your referrals
The panel shows three counters so you can see where each invite stands:
- Signed up - how many people created an account with your link.
- Subscribed - how many of them have paid for a plan.
- Conversations Earned - the total you've earned (100 per person who pays).
You also get an email when a referral pays and your conversations are added.
