Activation hours control when the AI starts new conversations, so new leads come in when your chatters are available to take them.
ChatSan can start and maintain conversations, but your schedule should match when your chatters are available to recover leads, negotiate, and close. Set it up alongside the rest of creator setup, once the Telegram connection is live.
ChatSan activation hours
Activation hours control when ChatSan can start new conversations. When the window ends, it can finish conversations already in progress but won't take new leads outside the configured hours.
If your chatters work 19:00–01:00, split the overnight schedule across two days, e.g. Sunday 19:00–23:59, then Monday 00:00–01:00 and 19:00–23:59. Repeat through the week. This avoids broken overnight ranges.
| Situation | Recommended setup |
|---|---|
| Chatters online only in the evening | Activate ChatSan during the same evening window so leads are recovered quickly. |
| Shift crosses midnight | Split the window into late-day and early-next-day blocks. |
| Team wants new leads anytime | Turn off strict activation hours only if someone can recover conversations consistently. |
| Creator operates in Paris time | Use the UTC+1 Paris timezone (or the correct local equivalent). |
Tip: Pair activation hours with inactive lead follow-ups so quiet leads are revived when your team is online.
