How to connect a creator's Telegram to ChatSan and confirm it's ready to receive leads.
The Connections tab links the creator's Telegram account to ChatSan, one step of the full creator setup.
How to connect
- Scan the QR code - the cleanest method if the Telegram account is already active on your phone. It's faster and reduces typing errors.
- Or enter the phone number and confirm the code received in Telegram.
- Check the status - once active, it should show Live (or ready to reconnect) and the interface should stay green.
Keep the connection live
- Use a dedicated Telegram account for the creator whenever possible.
- Check the connection before launching traffic.
- If the account disconnects, click Reconnect before judging the automation's performance.
Note: If the connection isn't green / Live, don't assume the creator is ready to receive leads. A dropped connection is a common reason ChatSan doesn't reply.
When the connection won't go live
Most connection failures come from the Telegram account's own security settings, not from ChatSan. If the link fails:
- Temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on the Telegram account if the link is being blocked.
- Reconnect - scan the QR code again or re-enter the phone number.
- Re-enable 2FA as soon as the channel shows Live. You don't need to leave it off.
A local passcode or cloud password on the account can block the link the same way, clear it, connect, then put it back.
Tip: If one method fails, try the other, the QR code and phone number don't always behave the same on every account.
Is it secure?
Connecting an account is safe. ChatSan handles a creator's Telegram this way:
- Encrypted by design - sessions use encrypted protocols and stay private.
- Only new leads - ChatSan acts only on new incoming conversations. It never messages the creator's existing friends, family, or fans on its own.
- Human-like behavior - replies use natural typing speed and delays, so the activity reads like a real assistant.
- Account health - following the warmup guidance keeps the account in good standing over time.
