If a creator has gone silent, it's usually one of these causes. Work through them top to bottom.
1. The account has no active plan
ChatSan can't send a single message without an active plan. If replies stopped everywhere at once, check the plan first. This is the most common cause.
Fix: Confirm the account has an active plan on the Plans/Billing page.
2. The Telegram connection isn't live
If the Connections tab doesn't show a green Live status, ChatSan isn't actually managing that creator's Telegram, so it can't reply.
Fix: Reconnect the account and wait for the status to turn green. See Telegram Connection. If the creator was recently logged into Telegram elsewhere, the session may have dropped. Reconnect before judging performance.
3. The conversation reached qualification
This is expected behavior, not a bug. Once a lead is qualified, ChatSan hands the conversation off so a human can close. The AI stops replying at that point.
Fix: None needed. Pick up the lead in the conversation view and continue in Telegram. Use the lead score to prioritize.
4. The lead is underage
For safety, ChatSan will not continue a conversation with a lead it identifies as underage. It stops replying.
Fix: None. This is a safety stop. Do not attempt to bypass it.
5. It's outside activation hours
If you've set activation hours, ChatSan won't start new conversations outside that window. It still finishes ones already in progress. A creator that's quiet only at certain times of day usually has activation hours set.
Fix: Check the Automation tab. Widen the activation window, or turn off strict hours if someone can recover conversations consistently.
6. The conversation is still warming up
Early on, ChatSan keeps the chat light while it gets to know the lead. This looks like "no progress" rather than total silence: the bot is still replying, it just stays in casual conversation for a while before things move forward.
Fix: None needed. Let the conversation run; it moves on once the lead opens up. If the lead stays guarded and it stalls, pick the conversation up in the conversation view.
7. The conversation already ran its course
A very long conversation eventually winds down: ChatSan wraps it up and stops replying. This is a normal close, not a dropped connection.
Fix: None. The conversation is done on ChatSan's side. If it's a strong lead, pick it up in the conversation view and continue in Telegram.
Good to know: This is rare. Most conversations qualify and hand off, or stall, well before they get that long.
Still stuck?
If you've ruled out every cause above, capture the creator and conversation and reach out to support.
