The individual conversation view shows one lead in one place: the full chat, the lead's profile, an AI summary, and a link to Telegram. Select a conversation to open the detailed view of that lead and their full history.

What you can do here
- Review the score and phase - see the lead's score and current phase at the top of the profile panel.
- Read the conversation - read the full history to see how the AI is handling the lead.
- Read the AI summary - a short summary of the fan's personality, interests, and engagement status.
- Open in Telegram - open the conversation in Telegram when manual intervention is needed.
Note: When a conversation is paused, a banner reads Manual mode is on, ChatSan is paused for this conversation and no automated replies are sent. Click Resume ChatSan in that banner (or the Manual Mode button in the Chatter column of the conversation table) to hand the conversation back to the AI.
The profile panel also shows the lead dossier (occupation, age, location) and lets you add private Notes about the lead.
Good to know: The AI summary is generated as the lead progresses through phases, early on it may be empty.
