Narrow and sort the table by creator, period, status, phase, and score

The conversation table has a filter bar across the top and sortable column headers. Use them together to narrow the conversation table to the leads worth your time and put the best ones on top. Filters and sort are stored in the URL, so a filtered view is shareable.

1. Search by name or handle

The search box matches a single lead by name or handle. Use it when you already know who you're looking for.

  1. Click the Search by lead name or handle... box.
  2. Type the lead's name or Telegram handle. The @ is optional.

The table filters as you type and resets to the first page.

2. Filter the table

The filter bar holds five dropdowns. Set as many as you need; they stack, so the table shows only rows that match all of them.

  • Creator - show one creator's conversations or All. Defaults to All.
  • Period - the time window, by last activity: Today, Yesterday, Last 3D, Last 7D, Last 15D, Last 30D, or All time. Defaults to Last 7D.
  • Status - Qualified, In Progress, Inactive, Done, or Any.
  • Phase - the conversation stage: Discovery (1/4), Relationship (2/4), Transition (3/4), Qualified (4/4), or Any. Phase is set by the AI.
  • Score - a minimum lead score. Pick a threshold from > 1.0 up to > 4.5 to show only leads at or above it, or Any.

Tip: To find leads ready for a human now, set Status to Qualified and Score to > 3.5. Those are the conversations worth a handoff.

3. Sort the columns

Sort puts the rows in the order you want; click a column header to sort by it.

  1. Click a column header (for example Score or Last Msg).
  2. Click the same header again to flip between descending and ascending.

The table sorts by Last Msg, newest first, until you change it. You can sort by Creator, Score, Name, Age, Msgs, or Last Msg.

Note: Conversations you marked Done always sit at the bottom of the table, whatever sort you choose.
